Continuing its role in providing all forms of care for the nation’s children with special needs, the Recruitment and Mobilization Department has dispatched several recruitment committees to the governorates of Beni Suef and Dakahlia and Cairo University to offer all necessary recruitment facilitation for individuals with special needs and the elderly, resolving their military status and granting them military service treatment certificates free of charge.
During the certificate handover ceremony, Major General Mohamed Sobhi Mahna, Director of the Recruitment and Mobilization Department, delivered a speech highlighting the General Command of the Armed Forces’ commitment to strengthening the bonds between the nation’s children with special needs, the elderly, and their armed forces through unlimited support and providing all means of comfort during the completion of their recruitment processes.
The ceremony included several artistic performances by individuals with special needs, followed by the distribution of military service treatment certificates. The attendees expressed their deep appreciation and gratitude for the efforts of the armed forces to support Egypt’s children with special needs in a manner that boosts their morale, aids their social integration, and brings smiles to their faces.
The ceremony was attended by the governors of Giza, Beni Suef, and Dakahlia, the presidents of Cairo and Beni Suef Universities, several armed forces leaders, and a number of public figures from those governorates.
