The Governorate of Hawally celebrated National Day with the special needs community at the flag-raising garden in the Hawally Governorate building, with the participation of several special needs schools and various government and private entities.
The event began with a speech by Hawally Governor Ali Salem Al-Asfar on the occasion of the National Day celebration. The ceremony included various segments, competitions, and recreational activities. Additionally, participants from different entities were honored, and prizes were distributed to the winning and talented students.
Governor Al-Asfar expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the efforts made in organizing this event, praising the talents and creativity of the special needs participants. He emphasized the importance of supporting this group and enhancing their opportunities for active participation in society.
