The Civil Defense Center in the city announced in a statement that several of its members responded to a request from the “Steps” Association to organize a visit to the Civil Defense Center in Tyre. This association is dedicated to rehabilitating special needs individuals and integrating them into society according to the professions that suit them, where they were made aware of the risks of fires and how to deal with them.
The administration stated: “In line with the humanitarian role undertaken by the General Directorate of Civil Defense, and to enhance the capabilities of all community segments in facing the risks they may encounter in their daily lives, several members of the Civil Defense responded to the request of the ‘Steps’ Association to organize a visit to the Civil Defense Center in Tyre. This association is dedicated to rehabilitating special needs individuals and integrating them into society according to the professions that suit them.”
