In celebration of the 26th Gulf Cup Championship, the Al-Tomooh sports club for individuals with intellectual disabilities sought to involve its members, athletes, their families, and the club’s administrative and technical staff in the joy of the opening ceremony and to watch the matches through a live broadcast hall to promote social inclusion.
The hall witnessed a distinguished presence of athletes with intellectual disabilities, who showed noticeable interaction with the impressive opening ceremony, alongside the administrative and technical staff of the club. The event also saw the attendance of workers and those interested in the field of special needs care and rehabilitation to watch the match between Kuwait and Oman and subsequent matches in the tournament schedule.
The Al-Tomooh Kuwaiti Club is keen on organizing such events to enable athletes to follow sports events and create interactive atmospheres for them and their families. The club recently produced a video to welcome guests to the country for this Gulf sports event.
