President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, has issued Decree No. 449 of 2024, approving an agreement between the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Government of the Republic of Italy.
According to the decree published in the official gazette issued today, Thursday, the decree includes approval of the executive agreement for the program to enhance the rights of individuals with special needs in Egypt and integrate them into society. The House of Representatives approved this decree in its session held on November 19, 2024.
This decree highlights the commitment of both countries to support and promote the rights of individuals with special needs, ensuring their inclusion and equal opportunities in various aspects of society.
