The Egyptian Ministry of Endowments announced the organization of a specialized training course for 34 candidates for the positions of Imam, Preacher, and Teacher with special needs. This course is being organized in collaboration with the Central Agency for Organization and Administration from February 23 to February 27 at the training center of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration. The initiative is part of their focus on empowering outstanding cadres with special needs and preparing them both academically and for religious duties.
The ministry is keen on ensuring the comfort of the participants, coordinating their accommodation at the International Endowment Academy in the city of Sixth of October for the duration of the course. Comfortable transportation will be provided daily from the academy to the training center and back, ensuring a suitable environment for participants to receive the training in the best possible manner.
The course includes a series of scientific and religious lectures delivered by a group of senior scholars and specialists, aimed at enhancing the oratory and jurisprudential skills of the participants. Additionally, the course features practical workshops to help them efficiently and effectively perform their religious duties. It also covers effective communication methods with the public, reflecting the ministry’s commitment to developing religious performance and enhancing the ability of Imams to meet community needs.
The Ministry of Endowments emphasizes that this course aligns with its strategy to support individuals with special needs, providing them with the opportunity to play their role in spreading the tolerant teachings of Islam and enhancing their active contribution to religious work.
