The Saudi Association for Hearing Impairment has signed a cooperation agreement with the Charitable Association for Youth Marriage and Family Guidance in Jeddah. The aim is to provide support and guidance to individuals with special needs who are about to get married and to enhance community awareness of the principles of building stable families.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Dr. Anas bin Abdulwahab Zara’a, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Marriage Association, and Dr. Othman bin Abdulaziz Al Othman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Association for Hearing Impairment, along with Ammar Bahadi, Executive Director of the Marriage Association, Alhanouf Al-Farsi, Director of the Jeddah Branch of the Saudi Association for Hearing Impairment, and Omar Al-Shehri.
Dr. Anas bin Abdulwahab Zara’a stated that this partnership enhances cooperation between specialized associations and contributes to providing advisory and rehabilitation programs that help build stable families for individuals with special needs. He emphasized the Marriage Association’s commitment to offering practical solutions that enable effective social integration and successful family life.
Dr. Al Othman explained that signing this memorandum is part of the Saudi Association for Hearing Impairment’s commitment to empowering individuals with special needs in various aspects of their lives, especially in family formation. He added that through this cooperation, they aim to achieve an effective partnership that provides quality programs enriching the lives of beneficiaries and enhancing their chances of building happy and stable families.
This cooperation is part of the ongoing efforts of both associations to enhance community integration and provide exceptional services that support individuals with special needs at all stages of their lives, particularly in achieving family and social stability.
