The Authority for the Rights of Individuals with Special Needs and Disabilities at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs concluded a specialized training course on Arabic language proficiency, organized by the Planning Department in coordination with the Disability Diagnosis Center, with the participation of more than 45 employees.
The course’s conclusion was attended by Raed Jabbar Bahad, Director General of the Planning and Follow-up Department at the Authority, who emphasized that the aim of the course was to enhance job commitment and develop proper language skills among employees, in addition to instilling a culture of effective work environment.
Mr. Bahad distributed graduation certificates in recognition of their efforts and dedication to developing their professional skills. The course lasted for five days at the Ibn Khaldun Hall and witnessed positive interaction from the participants.
