The Qatari Society for the Rehabilitation of Special Needs participated with a special booth in the “International Healthcare and Medical Conference and Exhibition” during both morning and evening sessions.
It is noteworthy that the exhibition and conference are the first international healthcare and medical trade event in Qatar, sponsored by the Ministry of Public Health and the Qatar Chamber, under the slogan: “Investing Today for a Healthy Future.”
This conference is organized as part of Qatar’s ongoing efforts to enhance the healthcare system in line with Qatar National Vision 2030. The exhibition provides a platform for participants to interact and build strategic partnerships, as well as to learn about the latest innovations and technologies in the healthcare sector.
The event includes both international and local participation to showcase the latest medical equipment and technologies, bringing together a wide range of healthcare institutions, government officials, business professionals, medical companies, medical tourism facilitators, international hospitals, and multinational organizations, providing them with a platform aimed at ensuring future collaborative partnerships.
Representing the society at the exhibition and conference were Mr. Mohammed Abdul Rahman Al-Sunaidi, Specialist in Medical and Assistive Devices; Ms. Saja Younes, Specialist at the society’s headquarters; and Mr. Diaa Al-Shammari, Public Relations Officer. The society’s booth received notable attention from attendees and guests who were keen to learn about the programs and projects offered by the society to its members from the special needs community, and to become acquainted with the medical, prosthetic, and assistive devices used by its members.
During the exhibition, attendees’ inquiries about the rehabilitation programs provided by the society to its members were addressed, and the society’s publications and the “Al-Hayat” magazine were distributed to visitors at the society’s booth.
