The Bashayer Al-Noor Association, led by Mrs. Siham Al-Tamari, in collaboration with the Arab Women Association, chaired by Mrs. Leila Nafa, and under the patronage of Dr. Faisal Al-Sameran, Governor of Madaba, represented by Dr. Rakan Al-Adwan, held the third annual conference of the project to promote the inclusion of the rights of people with special needs, especially women and young girls, to achieve gender equality.
The President of the association, Mrs. Siham Al-Tamari, discussed the concerns and problems facing individuals with special needs and the ways to enhance their professional skills and integrate them into the local community in both the public and private sectors.
Mrs. Leila Nafa emphasized the necessity of integrating them under the umbrella of social security and finding solutions to employ them and integrate them into society.
Dr. Rakan Al-Adwan, the patron of the conference, stated that attention must be given to this group, providing them with all means of support, especially finding jobs for them in both public and private sectors. Legal consultant trainer Talal Alimat provided a detailed explanation of the challenges and rights of people with special needs and how to find solutions to the challenges they face in the work environment.
