Abu Dhabi is gearing up to host the 2025 World Cities Triathlon. Hadeeriyat Island in Abu Dhabi will host the event, supported by TAQA, as the first round of the World Triathlon Series takes place on February 15 and 16. The world’s best triathletes will compete in individual professional races for men and women, races for people with determination, and mixed relay races.
The event, held on February 15-16, 2025, on Hudayriyat Island, is part of the World Triathlon Championship Series. It features races for athletes of all ages and abilities, including dedicated races for athletes of determination. The event aims to provide a platform for athletes with determination to showcase their skills and compete alongside elite triathletes. It’s a fantastic opportunity for these athletes to gain visibility and inspire others in the community.
The local community will also have the opportunity to participate in various community race categories.
