Dr. Jamila Nasser, a Professor of Cardiology at Suez Canal University and the first woman to win the position of President of the Ismailia Doctors’ Syndicate, confirmed that walking prevents 20 chronic diseases. She emphasized that walking is the cheapest sport and the most affordable treatment known in history.
In her interview on the program “Your Heart with Jamal Shaaban,” presented by Dr. Jamal Shaaban, the former Dean of the National Heart Institute, she warned against consuming too many sweets during Ramadan, noting that the stomach is the source of many ailments.
She also highlighted the importance of consuming vegetables, fruits, and a salad dish daily. Dr. Nasser pointed out that everyone is responsible for their health and must take care of it.
