Student Zainab Dawood Salman Al-Asfour expressed her gratitude and appreciation to speech and language specialist at Granada Primary Girls’ School, Ms. Sakina Al-Sayyed Hassan Mohammed, for her efforts in auditory rehabilitation and developing her linguistic abilities after undergoing a cochlear implant surgery recently.
Zainab’s mother praised Ms. Sakina for providing her daughter with an intensive individualized educational program, which quickly yielded fruitful results, enabling Zainab to pronounce words and simple sentences and interact with her classmates in the classroom.
In turn, Ms. Sakina said, “I felt immense joy seeing Zainab’s progress. Her success is a success for all of us. She is a living example of will and determination, and I highly value the family’s support, which was a decisive factor in this success.”
