The Social Security account announced that individuals with special needs can receive a monthly financial allowance through the following steps:
Select the financial allowance service for people with special needs from the list of services.
Fill in the required information (disclose the beneficiary’s data, income details, bank account, and agree to the declaration and commitment), then submit the application.
A confirmation number and details will be sent via text message.
Application Requirements:
The beneficiary must be registered with the ministry and have their special needs assessed.
The special need must be classified in the Financial Allowance Program for People with Special Needs.
The beneficiary’s total monthly income must not exceed 4,000 Riyals.
The beneficiary’s stay in government or private healthcare or rehabilitation facilities at the state’s expense must not exceed 6 months within the year.
The beneficiary must reside permanently in the Kingdom.
The beneficiary must not be a recipient of residential care services at ministry centers.
The beneficiary must have been under 60 years old at the time the special need occurred.
The beneficiary must be Saudi or from the displaced tribes with a valid ID.

Social security aims to provide support to those in greatest need, regardless of gender or marital status, as long as the eligibility conditions and criteria are met.
